End of Tenancy Cleaning
Terms & Conditions
This is the boring part, none of us like Terms and Conditions but at the end of the day they do help us both understand what is expected of each other and gives the Beak something to bash out in Court if we happen to disagree at a later date. First and foremost by booking our services either by Phone call, text message, email, social media message, online booking form, Clairvoyant or in writing then you accept these terms and conditions of service.
1. Our Prices
The prices quoted on this website and in any quote provided in writing, over the phone, on social media and by carrier pigeon are based on properties that are well maintained. When we say 'Well Maintained' we mean that you have have kept on top of the cleaning throughout your tenancy., We do reserve the right to adjust our quote and add some extra pennies to the original price if your property has not been well maintained.
2. Payment Terms
Nobody likes not to be paid for a hard days work CWA Cleaning included. Therefore we expect to be paid in full by Cash or Card upon completion of the cleaning works, otherwise we are likely to get slightly miffed! If you wish to pay by Bank Transfer then you should do so at least one day before the clean is carried out.
3. Oven Cleaning
Oven Cleaning is included as Standard as part of our End of Tenancy Cleaning Service. Our oven cleaning service includes the Oven, Hob and Extractor. If you have had your oven cleaned by another company then shame on you! (jokes) we will happily reduce your quote by £15.00 if the oven does not require cleaning. Our oven cleaning service is limited to a double oven, and additional charges will apply for Ranges and Aga's. We will only replace light bulbs and extractor hood filters if they have been supplied by yourself. CWA Cleaning will not be held responsible for any oven clean that has been carried out by a third party or where we have been asked not to clean the oven.
4. Carpet Cleaning
Our Standard Carpet Cleaning Terms & Conditions of Service will apply to this booking if you have booked carpet cleaning to be carried out as part of the End of Tenancy Clean.
5. External Window Cleaning
External Window Cleaning is not provided by CWA Cleaning. If you request this to be carried out then we will point you in the direction of a professional and insured Window Cleaner. You will be responsible for booking and paying the Window Cleaner directly for any work they do.
6. Not Happy ?
If you are not happy with the cleaning provided to you then you should say so when you inspect our work at the end of the job. Our cleaners do not mind being told they've messed up, and they will happily re-clean any areas until you are satisfied. Please be aware that you will not be eligible for a refund or have the right to withhold funds if you have not carried out a physical inspection at the end of the cleaning job.
7. Letting Agent / Landlord Not Happy ?
Like you, we want them to be happy and return your Deposit very quickly. Therefore, we will for up to 7 days after carrying out the End of Tenancy Clean, return to the property and put right any cleaning issues detected by your letting agent or landlord. We cannot however be held liable for third parties such as the Window Cleaner. Your letting agent or landlord must allow us access to put matters right for you and we cannot be held liable if they do not allow us to re-clean where needed.
