We follow a 7-step Process when cleaning carpets, this is the industry standard procedure for hot water extraction carpet cleaning (Steam Cleaning) and is the process any professionally trained carpet cleaner will follow .......
1. Pre-Inspection & Survey
We will fully inspect your carpets to check for damage, carry out fibre identification and also advise you on any potential issues
2. Professional Vacuum
We will use a high powered commercial vacuum cleaner to vacuum your carpets to remove as much loose dirt and hair as possible.
3. Pre-Treatment
Our Carpet Cleaning Technicians will pre-spray a Micro-Splitting Detergent into the carpet to break down the dirt.
4. Agitation
The Pre-Spray is then brushed into the carpet using a CRB Machine to ensure the detergent gets deep down into the carpet fibres breaking down the dirt fully.
5. Hot Water Extraction
We will then use our Airflex 220 to extract the Pre-spray detergent along with all the dirt. Our Airflex Carpet Cleaning Machine injects hot water and a rinse agent at high pressure into the carpet then uses the high powered vacuum to extract the dirt which has been broken down by the Pre-treatment and agitation. This step is the one that leaves your carpets clean, fresh, soft and at the right PH level.
6. Stain Spotting
We will spot treat and re-extract any stubborn stains that remain after the extraction process. Please note that we cannot guarantee total removal of all stains as this depends on the type and age of stain, type of carpet fibre and previous cleaning solutions used by the customer.
7. Treatments
If you have booked any treatments such as Stain Protection, Flea Treatment or Deodorisation then this will be carried out last.
