freshOps is the New Time & Attendance System which is being used by CWA Cleaning to log cleaning visits and also record what cleaning has been completed on each visit.

freshOps is a secure and robust system that cannot be out-smarted by the cleaners and also provides actual physical time logs and photographic evidence that cleaning visits have been completed.

Accurate Attendance Logs

  • Cleaners need to LOG IN and LOG OUT by scanning an NFC Tag located at the site

  • By Logging In and Out via an NFC Tag shows the cleaner was on site when the Logs were created

  • Cleaners cannot log in other cleaners and cannot log in themselves without scanning the NFC Tag

Photo Verification

  • Cleaners need to check off cleaning tasks on freshOps on each cleaning visit

  • Completed Cleaning tasks need to be signed off with a PHOTO

  • Photos must be taken in the FreshOps app in real time - this prevents Cleaners using saved photos from their phone

  • This PROVES CLEANING WAS COMPLETED

Push Notifications

  • We can send PUSH Notifications to cleaners immediately which allows us to add special tasks to their jobs.

  • This helps us send important updates to cleaners quickly and in real time

  • A full log of all messages sent and special tasks are recorded 

View Live Data

  • You can view LIVE Data at all times via the freshOps Portal

  • View Previous Cleaning Visits, see tasks completed and view and download photos

  • See when the next cleaning visit is due

Share Live Data with clients

  • If we sub-contract to you, then you can share the Portal Login details with your clients to allow them access

  • freshOPs is unbranded

  • Let your clients see completed visit data, and up-coming schedules in real time

The freshOps system is currently being rolled out on all CWA Cleaning Sites.  We hope that all sites will have been added to this system by the end of 2026.  A number of sites are already 'Live' and these sites have had a very smooth onboarding. This new system will help us (and you) to prove that cleans have been completed and the times of the cleaning visits are 100% accurate.
